The delivery time depends on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances or holidays may cause slight delays.

• We mostly deal in furniture products which take almost 10-15 days to manufacture it from scratch. If the product you ordered was already in our stock we will dispatch it without having second thoughts. Most courier companies take 1-3 business days to deliver domestic shipments.
• There is a tremendous demand in and out from our beloved customers specifically for our manufactured products. We hope to meet your expectations.

We accept various payment methods, including Bank Transfer/Wire Transfers, Debit/credit Cards, Jazzcash, Easypaisa, Sadapay, Upaisa, Nayapay, and cash on delivery (COD).
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 1 week (7 days) of receiving the order. We will assist you in returning the product or arranging for an exchange.
The amount we charge our beloved customers in addition to the cost of products they order is called the shipping rate. Shipping rates are usually added to the customer's order during checkout. We charge on order weight, volume, and overall dimensions of the ordered item.
The product price displayed on the website is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• However, there might be additional shipping charges depending on your location and the total order value. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

We used to do that but as most of our products are big in volume and weight so we have to add delivery charges to meet the requirements.

Yes, you can track your order by logging into your Waseeh.com account and navigating to the "Order History" section. Alternatively, you will receive an Email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Yes.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details; i.e Order ID, and they will assist you with the cancellation process.
Yes.
When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation SMS on the 11-digit registered mobile number provided in the shipping address. If you have added EMAIL in your order details, you are bound to receive a confirmation email too for the associated order.
Currently, we only ship within "Pakistan".
International shipping is not available at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience but we assure you it is in our to-do list.
